Eligibility
This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Dyfed Telecom, their families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Offer Period
The offer runs from 20 May 2026 to 31 July 2026. Purchases made outside this period will not qualify.

How to Qualify
To redeem the offer, customers must purchase a Gigabit ready 5G Broadband service on a monthly recurring contract direct with Dyfed Telecom during the offer period.

Offer Details

1. Promoted by Dyfed Telecommunication Limited
2. Subject to a minimum term contract
3. Subject to survey of network coverage and speeds
4. Installation and equipment will be charged over the contract term (rather than as an up front cost).  
5. The first monthly payment will be due when the contract is signed and subsequent payments will be invoiced monthly.
6. The 5G service is “Gig-ready”, meaning that it will support gigabit speeds if provided by the network
7. Connection Guarantee is an additional service charged at £2.99 per month.  In the event of a network outage longer than 24 hours, our Engineers will organise a move to an alternative network (if one exists in the area) with no additional cost and without extending the contract term.
