After years of poor connection we decided to try Dyfed Telecom as our Internet provider. We are very pleased that we did. A big thanks to Dan and Paul there work we're faultless. Highly recommend!

Dyfed Telecom recently helped my parents with upgrading their internet connection after years of them struggling with another company with very slow connection and poor customer service.Dyfed Telecom sent out a representative, Emma, within just a couple of days of enquiring to run tests, advise clearly on the best solution and start getting them set up with a new connection. She has been an absolute superstar through the whole process - super friendly, knowledgeable, extremely communicative and went above and beyond at every stage to keep them posted even over weekends. The connection now installed is literally 100s of times faster than what my parents had previously, and I'm really grateful to Dyfed Telecom for taking such good care over it.Truly an exceptional company helping those in rural areas and in Emma they have an exceptional employee - thank you!

We had a declining service from our internet provider so decided to change to Dyfed Telecom. So pleased we did. Emma came out to do a site test and from there arranged everything. It is now installed and the 4g speed is amazing. She was on the end of the phone through the whole process and could not have been more helpful. Excellent service from start to finish.

I want to thank Louie and the staff from Dyfed Telecom for fitting my Starlink in the most professional and competent manner. I also want to thank Dan who came to my house for several hours to fix the Wifi. Everyone was most polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Great outfit and I can thoroughly recommend them.

I recently had starlink installed and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional.Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain all the details about the service and answered all my questions.

High quality, responsive, personal service. Dyfed Telecom installed the Starlink system and organised the porting of our BT land line phone number over to Dyfed Telecom at our office in semi-rural North Wales. It was a seemless service from initial inquiry, to location survey and installation. They responded with great speed and efficiency. The service they provide feels very personal and local, which is refreshing, and they care greatly about the quailty of the service they're providing their customers. We felt well cared for throughout the whole process and know they will help us should we have any issues in the future. We would highly recommend them.

An Excellent all round experience with Dyfed Telecom. After moving from the Midlands, we were facing very low speeds. Then after a local recommendation, Dan was round within a few hours getting us speeds of 200mb plus.He was very professional, friendly and accommodating and we had an installation date within a week.Installation day came and Christoff turned up, got started. He got speeds of 250mb on a test and within a few hours the whole set up was complete. He was helpful and explained everything he was doing and reasons why.Overall and amazing company to deal with. Both Dan and Christoff are a credit to Dyfed Telecom and we will be referring as many people as possible.

Dyfed Telecom installed a mobile Broadband facility under the Broadband Cymru scheme some six months ago. Very pleased with the coverage that has been faultless. Highly recommended for a rural property.

The most professional company we have encountered. From Wade's excellent initial contact and advice to the expertise of Rhys, Dan , Stefan and the installation team. This company has far exceeded all expectations and from receiving 4 mbs via our previous provider our lives have been greatly improved by now benefiting from over 180 mbs making things so much easier. Such a pleasure to deal with this friendly, helpful company. Aftercare is superb too can't recommend highly enough.

First class service from Dyfed Telecom, they put BT to shame. Very friendly, attentive and professional company, nothing was too much trouble. Paul was very helpful from the start of the process, and the attending engineer, Elliot, dealt very efficiently with a somewhat challenging job. A pleasure to do business with.
